1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website located at www.homecallpro.online (the "Site"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and HomeCallPro ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of homecallpro.online.

HomeCallPro is a free online referral directory that connects US homeowners with independent, pre-screened home service contractors across the United States. Services listed on the Site include but are not limited to roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, garage door repair, appliance repair, bathroom and kitchen remodeling, pest control, locksmith services, dumpster rental, and commercial services.
HomeCallPro does not employ contractors, perform any home services, guarantee the quality of work, set pricing, or act as a party to any agreement between a homeowner and a contractor. We are a directory and referral platform only.
All service arrangements, pricing, scheduling, warranties, and disputes are solely between the homeowner and the independent contractor they choose to contact.
3. Eligibility
To use this Site, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a legal resident of or physically located in the United States
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be prohibited from using the Site under any applicable law
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access or use the Site.
4. Permitted Use
Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site solely for the following purposes:
- Browsing the directory of home service categories
- Contacting listed service contractors via phone or call links
- Submitting inquiries through the Site's contact form
- Sharing the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes
Any use of the Site beyond what is expressly permitted in these Terms requires our prior written consent.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:
- Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose
- Make fake, spam, or harassing calls to any contractor listed on the Site
- Scrape, harvest, or extract contractor phone numbers or data for commercial use
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security feature of the Site
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or index the Site without our permission
- Impersonate HomeCallPro, its staff, or any contractor listed on the Site
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
- Engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or its servers
- Collect or store personal data of other users without authorization
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of the Site without express written consent

6. Call Services & Partner Networks
HomeCallPro works with third-party call routing and affiliate networks to connect users with service contractors. By clicking a phone number or call-to-action button on the Site, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your call may be routed through a third-party call network for tracking, quality assurance, and performance reporting
- The contractor or dispatch team you reach operates independently of HomeCallPro
- HomeCallPro is not responsible for the availability, response time, pricing, or quality of any contractor you reach
- Call recordings may occur subject to applicable state and federal wiretapping laws
- You consent to receiving a return call if you miss a connection attempt
No guarantee of service: The availability of contractors varies by location, time of day, and service type. HomeCallPro does not guarantee that a contractor will be available in your area or within any specified timeframe.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, INFORMATION, AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE OFFERED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
HomeCallPro expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Site
- Warranties regarding the quality, licensing, insurance status, or workmanship of any contractor listed
It is the homeowner's sole responsibility to verify the licensing, insurance, bonding, and credentials of any contractor before engaging their services.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HOMECALLPRO, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Property damage or personal injury arising from contractor services
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or use of our servers or data
- Damages arising from any interruption or cessation of the Site
This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if HomeCallPro has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Important: Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site or its content is to stop using the Site. HomeCallPro's total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed $100 USD.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including but not limited to the HomeCallPro name, logo, design, text, graphics, layout, and code — is the property of HomeCallPro or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Site without prior written permission
- Use the HomeCallPro name, logo, or branding in any way that implies affiliation or endorsement
- Create derivative works based on the Site's content or design

- The services, pricing, or conduct of any independent contractor
- Any transactions or communications between you and a contractor
Your use of third-party links and services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties.
11. Termination
HomeCallPro reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms of Use
- Fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct
- Any activity that could expose HomeCallPro or its partners to legal liability
- Any request by law enforcement or government authority
Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections covering disclaimers, limitation of liability, intellectual property, and governing law shall survive termination.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved as follows:
- Informal Resolution: You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting us directly at Mubarak.khanmalak@gmail.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within 30 days.
- Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
- No Class Actions: You agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or representative proceeding.
